Newtec is dedicated to developing innovative implantable medical devices for high-value markets in vascular and cardiovascular surgery. The team combine a mix of technical and business skills with innovation and commercial experience, with existing relationships with hospitals, leading surgeons, distributors and vascular surgical societies.

Newtec Vascular has a number of technologies in development:

• KollaGuard – An external stent designed to reduce scar tissue formation (hyperplasia) in vascular surgery.
• VascuLok – An innovative surgical clip with a smooth profile to reduce erosion and increased clamping area to improve migration resistance.
